Message from the Principal
ELANDSPARK SCHOOL | THE BLUE MACHINE

What a privilege it is to serve Elandspark School once again — the place where I began my journey in education 33 years ago as a very young teacher.
My return as principal marks an exciting new chapter, not only in my personal growth, but also in the journey of our school. I am deeply honoured and excited to support, care for, and lead our dedicated staff and wonderful learners.
Together, we will work with purpose, exceed our goals, and turn our dreams into reality. I am truly happy to be back where it all began and proud to be part of the Blue Machine once again!

Mr Renier Petersen

Established in January 1961 and temporarily housed in Comet (Boksburg) as the “Germiston Special School”. Mr. Jacobus van der Walt was appointed as principal with a staff of 13 (with no training in Special Education) and 100 learners.
